Mocha Mallow Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Marshmallows 4 Ounce (About 16 Pieces)
  Strong coffee 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Dissolve 4 Teaspoons Instant Coffee In 1/3 Cup Boiling Water)
  Boiling water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat the marshmallows and coffee together in top of a double boiler over boiling water until marshmallows are melted; stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Cool; chill in refrigerator until mixture thickens.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Fold into chilled mixture.
