Mocha Mallow Whipped Cream
|Marshmallows||4 Ounce (About 16 Pieces)|
|Strong coffee||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Dissolve 4 Teaspoons Instant Coffee In 1/3 Cup Boiling Water)|
|Boiling water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat the marshmallows and coffee together in top of a double boiler over boiling water until marshmallows are melted; stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Cool; chill in refrigerator until mixture thickens.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Fold into chilled mixture.
