Soft Ginger Cream

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Glossy orange frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices together; set aside.
Cream butter with brown sugar; blend in molasses.
Add egg and beat well.
Mixing until blended after each addition, add dry ingredients in thirds and sour cream in halves.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
Frost with Glossy Orange Frosting.
