Rich Lemon Cream

Ingredients
  Eggs 5 Small, separated
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice and cook over hot water 5 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
2.Fold gently into stiffly beaten egg whites.
3.Chill
SERVING
4.Use in lemon tart
