Ingredients
  Salted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Sour cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Scallions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
  Salmon 3 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Lemon quarters 3
  Green herb crepes 12
Directions

Onto hot crepe drizzle a little butter, spoon in some salmon and sprinkle with lemon juice and a dollop of sour cream.
Roll crepe and top with another spoonful of sour cream mixture
