Vanilla Flavored Coffee Cream

Ingredients
  Strong coffee 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix coffee, milk, half the sugar; add the gelatine and heat in a double boiler until the gelatine is dissolved.
Add remaining sugar and salt.
Add the egg yolks, slightly beaten.
Cook mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon.
Remove from heat, cool slightly.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into the cooled egg yolk mixture and add vanilla.
Mould and chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
This is very attractive in a glass bowl.
