Sour Cream Spice Cookies
|Cake flour||3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Thick sour cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.In a bowl, sift flour, soda, spices and salt together 3 times.
3.Cream shortening with sugar until light and fluffy.
4.Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
5.Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream in small amounts.
7.Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet and bake in moderate oven for 12 minutes
8.Serve with cream
