Whipped Cream Mocha Filling

Ingredients
  Cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mocha extract/Strong coffee 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl set, whip the cream in ice water
2.Then add the extract or coffee and the sugar.
3.Beat well.
SERVING
4.Use over cakes
TIPS
If the top of the cake is spread with this filling, three fourths cup of chopped nut meats may be sprinkled over it.
