Sour Cream Cake
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thick sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted cake flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Beat eggs until thick and piled softly; beat in sugar gradually.
3.Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together; stir in alternately with combined cream and vanilla.
4.Pour into 8x8x2 inch pan, greased and lined.
5.Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
6.Serve with ice cream
