Sour Cream Cake

This sour cream cake is a soft and delicious vanilla flavored cake prepared with sour cream. Made with a batter of flour, eggs, sugar and slour cream, the sour cream cake is simly baked and can be topped with confectioner's sugar.
Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thick sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted cake flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Beat eggs until thick and piled softly; beat in sugar gradually.
3.Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together; stir in alternately with combined cream and vanilla.
4.Pour into 8x8x2 inch pan, greased and lined.
5.Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
SERVING
6.Serve with ice cream
