Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first six ingredients; chill 15 minutes.
In bowl, beat cream until stiff.
Fold coconut mixture into whipped cream.
