Combine gelatin and boiling water in blender container.
Cover and blend at low speed for 30 seconds or until the gelatin is dissolved.
Add crushed ice and creme de menthe.
Blend at high speed until the ice is melted about 30 seconds.
Pour into 4 cup ring mold.
Chill at least 30 minutes.
Unmold.or pour into individual sherbet glasses or serving bowl and chill until soft set 5 minutes in glass and 20 minutes in bowl.
