Sour Cream Donuts

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon/Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cultured sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Preheat 2" to 3" of oil in deep fryer to 370 F°.
Add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon or nutmeg, and salt to the 4 cups sifted flour.
Sift again.
In separate bowl beat eggs well, slowly add sugar and stir in sour cream.
Stir the sifted ingredients into the egg mixture until well blended.
On floured surface pat out dough to 1/2" thickness.
Cut with donut cutter and fry until golden brown, being careful to keep temperature close to 370 F°.
