Mocha With Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Bittersweet chocolate 4 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Double strength black coffee 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sticks 4
Directions

In top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with water.
Remove from heat and whisk until slightly thickened.
Gradually add hot coffee, whisking constantly.
Sweeten with sugar, adding more if desired.
Pour into heated mugs; top with dollop of whipped cream.
Serve with cinnamon stick for stirring.
