Coffee Cream Dessert
|Orange gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), scalded|
|Coffee||1 Tablespoon (Instant Maxwell House, Sanka Brand Decaffeinated, Or Yuban)|
|Ice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed|
Combine gelatin, milk, sugar, and coffee in blender container.
Cover and blend on low speed for 30 seconds okuntil gelatin is dissolved.
Add crushed ice and vanilla; blend at high speed until the ice is melted about 30 seconds.
Pour into serving glasses.
Chill until set about 15 minutes.
