Ingredients
  White turnips/Yellow turnips 1 Pound
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pare the turnips, cut them in cubes; cook until tender.
Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, milk and seasonings.
Pour sauce over turnip cubes
