Mock Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth and fluffy.
Place in small jars; cover tightly.
Set jars in a warm place (100° to 125°F) for 2 hours;
Cool and refrigerate.
Stir before using.
