Mock Creme Fraiche

|Neufchatel cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||6 Tablespoon|
Mix cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth and fluffy.
Place in small jars; cover tightly.
Set jars in a warm place (100Â° to 125Â°F) for 2 hours;
Cool and refrigerate.
Stir before using.
