Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, cooled
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (0.5 Stick)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbaked pie shell 1 (9 Inch)
Directions

Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in the eggs, raisins, margarine and sour cream.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes longer or until set.
Add meringue if desired.
