Blini With Sour Cream And Red Caviar
|Pancake batter||16 Ounce, frozen, defrosted (1 Carton)|
|Dairy sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Red caviar||4 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Jar)|
Heat griddle; grease lightly.
Pour approximately 1 teaspoon pancake batter for each blini onto griddle; turn once.
Place on cooky sheet.
Keep warm between paper toweling in a slow oven while making the miniature pancakes.
To serve: Top with a dollop of sour cream and red caviar.
