This Herring in Sour Cream makes a tasty side course for rice and noodles ! Serve this out to your family and see them lap it up ! Feel free to suggest about this fabulous Herring in Sour Cream dish !
|Canned herring fillets||12 Ounce|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced with the slicing disk|
|Whole black peppercorns||24|
|Bay leaves||2 , crushed|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut fillets into bite-size pieces.
Combine in a bowl with onion, pepper, and bay leaves.
Mix sour cream and wine and stir into fillet mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours before serving.
Keeps for 1 or 2 days.
