Mixed-Fruit Crepes With Whipped Cream
|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Peaches||1 Pound (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Pears||1 Pound (Fresh Or Canned)|
Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.
Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas.
Roll or fold the crepes.
Place the crepes in a buttered oven-proof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400Â°F oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with a melba sauce or whipped cream.
