Sour Cream Strawberries Crepes
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Pint|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Blend sour cream and sugar.
Roll up crepes with a filling of 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture and 1 tablespoon strawberries
Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
In pan or blazing pan of chafing dish melt but ter over direct high flame.
Turn crepes to heat evenly.
Add strawberries, heat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
