Sour Cream Lima
These Sour Cream Limas make an excellent breakfast ! Try out these Sour Cream Limas and tell me if you like it !
|Dried baby lima beans||1 Pound, dried|
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (scant)|
|Green onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Fresh parsley leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Soak beans overnight in water in the slow cooker.
Do not drain.
Add salt, cover, and cook 2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook on low 1 hour.
Serve while hot.
