Sour Cream Lima

These Sour Cream Limas make an excellent breakfast ! Try out these Sour Cream Limas and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Dried baby lima beans 1 Pound, dried
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (scant)
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Soak beans overnight in water in the slow cooker.
Do not drain.
Add salt, cover, and cook 2 to 3 hours on high until tender.
Drain.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook on low 1 hour.
Serve while hot.
