Butterfish In Sour Cream is a perfect sea food dish for all seafood lovers out there. I served this for lunch this weekend and my family adored it. The Butterfish In Sour Cream has an incomparable taste that should not be missed in any case!
  Butterfish 2 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Season fish with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, flour, egg, milk and melted butter to form a batter.
Dip fish in this to coat it thoroughly.
In large skillet fry fish in hot, deep fat until golden brown all over.
Drain fish and set on hot platter.
In a saucepan combine sour cream, parsley, onion, and lemon juice until just hot.
Serve over the fried fish.
