Arrange fruit in serving dishes. (If fruit darkens easily dip in orange or lemon juice.)
Top with spoonfuls of sour cream or yogurt.
Sprinkle with brown sugar or drizzle with honey
Chill about 1/2 hour before serving.
Fruits which go well with sour cream: peaches, seedless green grapes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, pears and bananas.
Fruits may also be tossed lightly with the sour cream, adding brown sugar to taste.
Chill; sprinkle with additional brown sugar just before serving.
