Milo Casa Blanca With Sour Cream
|Cooked milo||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned diced green chilies||7 Ounce|
|Monterey jack cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|
Combine cooked milo and sour cream in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Add diced chilies and liquid.
Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake in at 350Â° F. oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Note: If milo is not readily available, other grains may be substituted.
One grain or a combination of grains works well.
Cheese may be varied according to individual taste.
