Chocolate, Sour Cream And Coconut Topping

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Toasted coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In top of a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate.
Add sour cream, stirring until well blended.
Add coconut and vanilla and mix well
HINT: Buy or make molded chocolate cups.
Fill them with ice-cream, drizzle with a sauce or liqueur that compliments the ice cream flavor.
