Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), creamed
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Add about 1 tablespoon chopped chives or 1 teaspoon chopped green onions if desired.
