Beef In Sour Cream

Your noodles, with Beef in Sour Cream poured over, are an irresistible treat! Don 't believe me? Try out your noodles with the Beef in Sour Cream this weekend! I'm sure you'll feel the same way as I do!
Ingredients
  Beef round 2 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Beef broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2
Directions

Sprinkle meat with lemon juice, then flour.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Heat butter and oil in large skillet, brown the meat.
Add onion, garlic, beef broth, salt, and pepper; cover.
Cook over low heat 1 hour or until meat is fork- tender.
This may be done in the morning and reheated at mealtime.
Just before serving, add thawed peas, sour cream, and tomatoes.
Allow this to get hot over low heat, then serve at once.
Noodles go well.
