Chocolate-Nut Cream

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 80 Gram
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chocolate pudding mix 4 Ounce
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped toasted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Put ice cream in cold mixer bowl and beat at low speed just until softened.
Add milk, pudding mix, vanilla and almond extract.
Beat slowly until well blended, about 2 minutes.
Let stand in bowl 5 minutes or just until thick.
Fold in almonds.
Pour into custard cups or sherbet glasses and chill until serving time/ pour into serving dishes and freeze until firm for an extra-good ice cream.
