|Vanilla ice cream||80 Gram|
|Cold milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant chocolate pudding mix||4 Ounce|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped toasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put ice cream in cold mixer bowl and beat at low speed just until softened.
Add milk, pudding mix, vanilla and almond extract.
Beat slowly until well blended, about 2 minutes.
Let stand in bowl 5 minutes or just until thick.
Fold in almonds.
Pour into custard cups or sherbet glasses and chill until serving time/ pour into serving dishes and freeze until firm for an extra-good ice cream.
