Fish Fillets In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 1 Pound
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill pickle 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Arrange fillets in baking dish in a single layer. Combine and mix well the rest of the ingredients, except paprika. Pour sour-cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and sauce is hot and bubbly.
