Port Wine Jelly With Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium, rind grated
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium, juiced
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch (1 piece)
  Whole cloves 8
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 envelopes)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Port wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Soften gelatin in 1 cup cold water; let stand 5 minutes.
Add gelatin mixture to hot mixture, stirring until dissolved.
Strain into a 1-quart serving bowl; add port wine, and stir well.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with whipped cream and red grapes.
