Spinach-Sour Cream Dish
|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fried bacon slices||6|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
Blend in cream cheese; add horseradish, sour cream, bacon and salt.
Mix well; place in casserole.
Blend stuffing mix with melted butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
