Minty Cashew Cream

Ingredients
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
  Mint 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Strawberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blackberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar take cashews, lemon juice, raw honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract and mint leaves. Blend for few minutes.
2. Pour in water to maintain the consistency. Blend until it turns into a smooth cream.

SERVING
3. Spoon the cream over the strawberries and blackberries and serve.
