Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

A homemade version of a popular coffee creamer found in grocery stores this time of year. Very easy and delicious.
Ingredients
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin 3 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin spice blend 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Maple syrup 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin spice blend, cinnamon and maple syrup. Whisk together all the ingredients.
2. Place the saucepan on stove over medium heat. Whisk again for a few minutes.
3. When steamy, remove the mixture from heat and add in vanilla.
4. Use a strainer to transfer the creamer into a pitcher.
5. Let cool down and store in the refrigerator.

SERVING
6. Pour Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer in your cup of coffee and serve.
