Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar, pour buttermilk and heavy cream.
2. Leave it on the counter undisturbed for over 24 hours.
3. Refrigerate it overnight.

SERVING
4. Use this cream to make tasty salad dressings and a whole bunch of other recipes.
