Sour Cream-Horseradish Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water; dissolve in 1/4 cup boiling water.
Combine gelatin, lemon juice and horseradish; blend mayonnaise and sour cream thor- oughly.
Combine gelatin and sour cream mixtures; mix well.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
May be served with ham or beef.
