Mock Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a blender, whirl cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and chives to taste. Serve on baked potatoes.
