Take 2 eggs, four basic ingredients and create a dessert or cake to die for.
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
3. Beat in eggs.
4. Sieve the flour and almond meal and mix them in.
5. Pour the batter into pastry case or cake tin.
6. Bake for 45 minutes until it’s light and springy.
7. Let the almond cream cool down before serving.
