Creamy Peach Dessert
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten (slightly)|
|Peaches||4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced|
Mix salt and 11/8 cups flour; cut in margarine until size of small peas.
Blend in 2 tablespoons sour cream, forming dough.
Pat on bottom and sides of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar, egg yolks, remaining flour and remaining sour cream until blended well.
Arrange peaches in hot crust; pour sour cream mixture over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until custard is set.
