Herring In Sour Cream

|Pickled herring fillets||8|
|Sauterne||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Pint|
Marinate fillets in lemon juice.
Combine apples, onions, wine and bouillon cube in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; cover.
Pour apple mixture over fillets; stir in sour cream.
Chill in refrig- erator until ready to serve.
