Port Wine Jelly With Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Use Rind Of 1/2 Fruit)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Fruit)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch (1 Piece)
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Port wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red grapes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the sugar, water, lemon rind, lemon juice and the cinnamon stick into a saucepan
2) Simmer for about 5 minutes on low hear
3) Into 1 cup of cold water, dissolve the gelatin and allow to stand for 5 minutes
4) Add the gelatin to the sugar and water hot mixture and mix till completely dissolved
5) Through a strainer, into a 1 quart serving bowl add the port wine and the hot mixture
6) Mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
7) Serve the dish cold, garnished with whipped cream and red grapes
