Fresh Orange Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Heavy whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange zest 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a elctric blender, whip cream til soft peak stage.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat till firm peak stage.

SERVING
3. Serve as topping or icing for cupcakes, cakes and other desserts.
