Fruits with Kirsch and Orange Cream
|Orange||2 Large, peeled and separated into segments, peel reserved|
|Double cream||10 Fluid Ounce, whipped (1 carton, 284 milliliter)|
|Ripe peaches||3 Large, quartered, stoned and sliced|
|Pineapple||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Caramel garnishes||6 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
1. Using a grater, grate rind from left over peels. Mix along with whipped cream and fold gently.
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the fruits with Kirsch.
3. Place equal portions in 6 dessert glasses and top each with Orange cream.
4. Garnish with caramel garnishes and serve immediately.
