Fruits with Kirsch and Orange Cream

Ingredients
  Orange 2 Large, peeled and separated into segments, peel reserved
  Double cream 10 Fluid Ounce, whipped (1 carton, 284 milliliter)
  Ripe peaches 3 Large, quartered, stoned and sliced
  Pineapple 1 Small, finely chopped
  Kirsch 1 Tablespoon
  Caramel garnishes 6 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a grater, grate rind from left over peels. Mix along with whipped cream and fold gently.
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the fruits with Kirsch.
3. Place equal portions in 6 dessert glasses and top each with Orange cream.

SERVING
4. Garnish with caramel garnishes and serve immediately.
