Eggplant-Sour Cream Accompaniment

Ingredients
  Eggplant 1 Small
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Peel eggplant; cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Saute in but- ter in skillet until soft and golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Add chili powder and garlic salt to sour cream; pour over eggplant.
Mix well; chill before serving.
