Sour Cream Topping

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, put together all ingredients and process at low speed until the mixture is smooth.

FINALISING
2. Refrigerate until chill.

SERVING
3. Use it as topping for cheese cakes.
