Tomatoes With Sour Cream Relish
|French dressing||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Double Recipe)|
|Cucumber piece||1 , finely chopped (1 inch piece)|
|Creamy horseradish sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Soured cream||5 Fluid Ounce (1 Carton , 142 Milliliter)|
|Mint leaves||4 (Few Leaves For Garnish)|
1. Skin the tomatoes.
2. Either slice the tomatoes or leave whole.
3. Mix the French dressing, cucumber, horseradish and soured cream together.
4. Spoon over the tomatoes and decorate with the mint leaves.
5. Serve well chilled as a starter or side salad.
