Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sifted
Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate pieces and butter or margarine.
Cool several minutes.
Stir in sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Fills and frosts one 2-layer, 8- or 9-inch cake.
