Ingredients
  Instant mashed potatoes 4 Ounce (1 Package, Enough For 4 Servings)
  Small curd cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 3
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely snipped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°c.

MAKING
2) Follow package directions to prepare mashed potatoes.
3) Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, chives, and celery salt. Beat together till blended.
4) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5) Fold egg whites into potato mixture.
6) Add parsley.
7) Transfer into a 2-quart casserole.
8) Dot with butter or margarine on the top.
9) Bake for about 1 hour.

SERVING
10) Serve as a side dish.
