Cream Turkey

Ingredients
  Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Warm milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Egg yolk 1
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Turkey 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
Add warmed milk and chicken stock; stir until thick.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add turkey, celery and beaten egg yolk.
Serve on a plain tea bun.
