Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beaten egg 1
  Cornstarch 4 Tablespoon
  Unbaked pie crust & pastry 1
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 50 Milliliter
Directions

Place raisins in sauce pan with a little water & cook until plump, then drain.
Cream sugar, egg, 1/2 cup sour cream & cornstarch.
Blend in remainder of ingredients, with raisins being last; mix well.
Pour into pie crust; lattice top with pastry.
Bake at 440 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, or until done.
