Quick Pots De Creme
|1% low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie chocolate pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (Instant, 1 Envelope, Four 1/2-Cup Servings)|
|Frozen dairy whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed, divided|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate syrup||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a medium mixing bowl, add low-fat milk, pudding mix, 1/3 cup whipped topping, evaporated skimmed milk, and vanilla to beat with a wire whisk until blended and smooth.
2) Use 4 dessert dishes to pour 1/4 of pudding mixture.
3) Spread 1/4 of the remaining whipped topping and 1/4 of the chocolate syrup on top of each pudding.
4) Serve at once or cover with plastic wrap and chill inside refrigerator until it is time to serve.
